Existing strategic decisions and processes an organisation may have used in making decisions, is changing and changing fast. They are being forced to consider what may be quite radical business options.
In complex strategic decisions, with multiple stakeholders, Governance Director can help ensure you reach the right result; quicker, easier and without the pain of endless workshops, arguments, spreadsheets, and failed implementations.
GD overlays your existing processes, systems and tools, helping simplify, test and validate your complex strategic options. The system automates: decision and mathematical modelling; workflow and stakeholder consensus management; public consultation and collaboration; compliance and risk management. The system can deliver on a regular basis, complete documentation in the form of instant, graphically presented, board ready, whole of life documentation.
The GD Knowledge Exchange provides organisations access to a number of pre-configured risk analysis templates and checklists which can provide a helpful start to understanding project risks. Templates within the Knowledge Exchange are provided by risk experts, supported by case studies and references.
These can be customised by an organisation as they see fit. Organisations can also access, communicate and integrate the risk experts as part of its own projects. GD Knowledge Exchange thus provides not only access to relevant knowledge, but experts.
GD Open Source Decision and Risk Models builds upon the wisdom of crowds’ theory - inviting users to help develop community risk templates for the community.
Users of GD (paid and free users) can upload risk assessment templates to the GD Knowledge Exchange if they believe such templates represent some form of best practice. Once these templates have been reviewed, references collected, these templates are approved by GD for publication to the Knowledge Exchange, and made available to the community.
Some of these may be charged a commercial fee, others made available for free to Users.
Approved templates which are subsequently purchased by other GD users will make money for the risk experts - Simple!
