We offer organisations what we've called the “strategy surgery day”, where we utilise our software platform to help develop and or test complex strategic issues you may be facing.
A one day intensive strategy surgery day, with your key stakeholders, a complex strategic problem you may be facing, Governance Director, and our expert consultants to facilitate the day. By the end of the day, you will have:
- Re-assessed and or tested your strategy
- Understood if there is consensus, or a lack of consensus between the stakeholders in identifying the various strategic choices
- A first past view of the decision model for choosing between the various options
- A first pass assessment of the feasibility of the various strategic options
- A first pass assessment of the risks associated with the decision
- A 30+ page report at the end of the day
